Four towers with two in the back and and two forward. The inner courtyard is situated towards the front and includes the chapel and the kitchen. The entrance leads into the great hall which is filled with tapestries. There are two large fireplaces on opposite sides of the hall. The towers house the chambers and solars of the twins and Lachlann. Lachlann's residence is in the right (east) tower and the twins are in the left (north) tower. The maids and married couples have rooms along the passage to the cellar while the soldiers and male servants sleep in the great hall. The dungeon is located below the great hall. The main gate has a portcullis and a gate house. There are two other exits, a secret passage through the chapel and a small side gate next to the kitchens. The massive structure stands on the shore of the Black Sea.
